氧化镁湿法脱硫工艺的特点有哪些?

工艺特点(1)反应性好,脱硫效率高湿法脱硫的反应强度取决于脱硫剂碱金属离子的溶解碱性。由于镁离子的溶解碱性比钙离子高数百倍,因而镁基脱硫剂具有比钙基脱硫剂高数十倍的脱硫反应能力。工业实践证明,镁基脱硫剂能比钙基脱硫剂更高的脱硫效率,可达99%以上,同时采用镁基脱硫所要求的喷淋水量仅相当于达到同样脱硫效率的钙基脱硫的1/3,耗电量也大为降低。
Process features (1) good reactivity and high desulfurization efficiency. The reaction intensity of wet desulfurization depends on the alkaline dissolution of desulfurizer alkali metal ions. Because the dissolution alkalinity of magnesium ions is several hundred times higher than that of calcium ions, magnesium based desulfurizer has desulfurization reaction capacity several ten times higher than that of calcium based desulfurizer. Industrial practice has proved that magnesium based desulfurizer can achieve higher desulfurization efficiency than calcium based desulfurizer, up to more than 99%. At the same time, the spray water required for magnesium based desulfurization is only equivalent to 1 / 3 of calcium based desulfurization with the same desulfurization efficiency, and the power consumption is also greatly reduced.

由于镁基脱硫生成物的溶解度较高,其固体悬浮物为松散的结晶体,不易沉积,因此没有钙基湿法脱硫系统中存在的结垢、结块、堵塞等现象,运行可靠,维护更容易。

Therefore, there is no scaling, caking, blocking and other phenomena in the calcium based wet desulfurization system, which has reliable operation and easier maintenance.

由于反应强度高,镁基喷淋反应吸收塔的高度只有钙基脱硫的2/3左右,因此,镁基脱硫的主体设备的造价要明显低于钙基吸收塔。同时,由于氧化镁的分子量(40)是氧化钙(56)的73%,是碳酸钙(石灰石,分子量为100)的40%,因此,去除等量的二氧化硫所需的氧化镁要比钙基少得多,而且MgO又以粉状供货,脱硫剂供给系统也比钙基脱硫大大简化,降低了系统的造价。比较表明,氧化镁脱硫设备的造价一般可比石灰石/石膏法低10~15%左右。

At the same time, since the molecular weight (40) of magnesium oxide is 73% of calcium oxide (56) and 40% of calcium carbonate (limestone, molecular weight is 100), the amount of magnesium oxide required to remove the same amount of sulfur dioxide is much less than that of calcium base. Moreover, MgO is supplied in powder form, and the desulfurizer supply system is greatly simplified than calcium base desulfurization, which reduces the cost of the system. The comparison shows that the cost of magnesium oxide desulfurization equipment is generally about 10 ~ 15% lower than that of limestone / gypsum method.

由于镁基工艺的耗电量比石灰石/石膏法低约一半,加上投资较低,虽然脱硫剂成本较高,但综合脱硫成本一般比石灰石/石膏法低10~15%左右。
Because the power consumption of magnesium based process is about half lower than that of limestone / gypsum method, and the investment is low, although the cost of desulfurizer is high, the comprehensive desulfurization cost is generally about 10 ~ 15% lower than that of limestone / gypsum method.
(5)副产品回收的经济效益高

镁基工艺的直接副产物是亚硫酸镁,经氧化后形成硫酸镁。脱硫工艺实际产出的是含少量硫酸镁的亚硫酸镁副产物。只有经强制氧化产生主要成分为硫酸镁的副产物。两种脱硫副产物都具有市场利用价值,其处理和利用形式应该"因地制宜",取决于技术经济的比较和在特定项目中的可行性
The direct by-product of magnesium based process is magnesium sulfite, which is oxidized to form magnesium sulfate. The actual output of desulfurization process is magnesium sulfite by-product containing a small amount of magnesium sulfate. Only by-products whose main component is magnesium sulfate can be produced by forced oxidation. Both desulfurization by-products have market utilization value, and their treatment and utilization forms should be "adjusted to local conditions", which depends on the comparison of technology and economy and the feasibility in specific projects
